If you wish to return your product for reasons other than damage or defect please notify us within 15 days of purchase at support@trophysmack.com. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will accept refunds within 15 days of purchase. We ask that returns be shipped back in original packaging and return shipping be paid by the customer.
